Ammonium Iodatum(Dilution)

Common Name: Iodide of Ammonia

Causes & Symptoms for Ammonium Iodatum

Eyes and Nose

Stoppage of the nose, or secretion of mucus more abundant than usual. Blowing of much yellow mucus from the nose.

Red, burning spot on the noise, below the eyes, Small scab in the right nostril.

Mouth and Throat

Sore throat, with pressive pain, when not swallowing.

Ulcers in throat, with swelling of glands of neck is relieved with Ammonium Iod.

Inflammation of the throat, of the larynx and trachea, with contractive pain of excoriation

Respiratory complaints

Membranous croup, with wheezing and sawing respiration, dry, barking cough.

Rattling of mucus in the chest, with roughness under the sternum

Side effects of Ammonium Iodatum

There are no such side effects. But every medicine should be taken following the rules as given.

Dosage and rules while taking Ammonium Iodatum

Take 5 drops in half cup of water three times a day.

You can also medicate the globules and take 3 times a day or as prescribed by the physician.

Precautions while taking Ammonium Iodatum

Always keep a gap of 15 minutes before or after meals when you take medicine.

If pregnant or breastfeeding, ask a homeopathic practitioner before use.
