Ferrum Muriaticum(Dilution)

Tincture, Consisting of 25 parts of crystals to 225 parts of alcohol.

Causes & Symptoms for Ferrum Muriaticum

• Ferrum Muriaticum is indicated in patients who have Intolernace of egg.
• Tearing in shoulder joint, arm, clavicle and muscle making it impossible to lift arm
• Most symptoms are worse by motion, worse during the night and in the morning.
• Cold and heat alternate, cold, anxious sweat, with muscular cramp.
• Hemorrhages of all kinds is seen in the indication of Ferrum Muriaticum.
• Dry cough, ending in retching, itching of nose and anus.

Mind and Head

Severe neuralgic pains in the right side of the temple.

Pain in back of head on coughing.

Eyes, ear, nose

Redness of margins of the eyelids.

Mouth and Throat

Round red spots on cheeks, with a swollen face.

Tongue swollen and protruded, with ropy mucus from mouth.

Burning and constriction felt in the throat.

Stomach and abdomen

Sour belching, especially after solid food, eructations after fat food.

Pain in the abdominal area due to spleen inflammation, Spleen enlarged and sensitive to pressure.

Urinary complaints

Chronic affections of bladder with discharge of calculi in the urine.

Indicated in complaints of retention of urine.

Female complaints

Suppressed or arrested menses are initiated with help of Ferrum Mur.

Copious urination at puberty and marked tendency to cramps is relieved with Ferrum Mur.

Extremities

Pain deep in socket of the shoulder joint restricting the movement of the hand is an indictaion for Ferrum Muriaticum.

Aggravation from rapid motion and amelioration from gentle motion indicates this remedy.

Cramp in calves, especially at night in bed.

Side effects of Ferrum Muriaticum

There are no such side effects. But every medicine should be taken following the rules as given.

Dosage and rules while taking Ferrum Muriaticum

Take 5 drops in half cup of water three times a day.

You can also medicate the globules and take 3 times a day or as prescribed by the physician.
